Fishing Without Nets / A Pesca Seem Redes | English - Portuguese | Digital
This fable is told through the eyes of a baby dolphin and a mother whale. The dolphin is playing with air bubbles and the whale decides to show him how she fishes for krill by blowing bubbles in a loop and create an "airbag" that catches the krill and carries them close to the ocean surface. The two compare notes and discover similarities in their smart fishing approaches.
This fable was inspired by Eric Le Quere, a former naval officer who pioneered alternative, low impact fishing systems which ultimately preserve the richness and productivity of the sea.
