What can we learn from the health habits of a tortoise and a finch? Lots! These two intelligent creatures converse about the basis of good health; healthy, balanced eating and access to clean drinking water! But, that’s not all because a balanced diet consists of minerals and vitamins, too. This Fable also reveals many fascinating facts about oxygen and fat and the role they play in the body! Ultimately, we can prevent illness by taking good care of our bodies.
This Fable was inspired by John Piña Craven. He dedicated his life to innovation and the development, design and construction of major oceanic systems. He also developed a new and innovative cold-water therapy, which focuses on the conversion of body fat into water and carbon dioxide, and has produced significant breakthroughs in health and the slowing down of the aging process.
Gunters Fables are structured to include the following learning guides and categories: Did you Know, Think about it, Teachers and Parents Guide, Academic Knowledge, Emotional Intelligence, The Arts, Systems: Making the Connections, Capacity to Implement and who the Fable is Inspired By!
